Hi Marie - Sometimes after work (midnight), I cruise around the complex to make sure everything is ok. The other night, I saw a man walking in the complex around 2:00am dressed in all black. Seemed kind of suspicious, I did not do anything except to circle back around to let him see my presence.  Your tenant Danielle had her car stolen off of Old Henderson and according to police, Venezuelan gangs are stealing cars in the area to commit crimes. Hope this does not scare you.

I thought that I would throw this idea out there. I was seeing if there is any interest in offering my services as just an "observer". By that I mean that I would be willing to drive through the complex on a scheduled basis say 2x in the wee hours (thinking at the midnight area and I could do a second cruise say at 3:00 am)

If I could get a reduction on the condo fees, that would suffice. 

I would stay in my car the whole time and have no confrontations with anyone. I have a dash cam that records everything, that way I can retrieve license plate numbers. 

I would also provide an uploaded picture to Google Photos as a time stamp, thus proving I completed the agreement. 

I hold a Commercial auto policy, I am a Veteran with a Secret clearance, I would agree to a background check if necessary.
