 Looks like the AMPK pathway is pretty widespread in that it affects a number of pathways. Triglycerides are reduced from AMPK, so high triglycerides should be an indication of low AMPK production.


Here would be my order of importance (at least for this week)


1/ Glutathione

1a/ Hepatapro

2/ SOD 3 per day.

2a/ Polyphenol mix in bone broth

3/ Sulforaphane from either  a/ broccoli sprouts 2/ black radish (which I have as a supplement)

4/ Acupoints LIV3, GB34, GB43 - treat 2 or 3x per week or until pain subsides. This will keep the pathways open.

5/ Try to eat more cauliflower, cabbage, bok choy, broccoli (sprouts are best ) and there are others. These are cruciferous vegetables which contain important polyphenols that help the liver.

6/ Simple stretching. This will keep the energy opened up and help detoxify. 5 minutes of simple stretching. 

Life Force, Selenium 2 a day, Vitamin C (mixed with sodium bicarbonate to make sodium ascorbate), Vitamin E (5 400iu per day) Alpha Lipoic Acid. No need for a b complex since Life Force should have adequate b vitamins. Other antioxidants

You can buy most of this at Kroger's, I listed the pictures below. The idea is that you are targeting the gut, the microbiome to be exact. I am not going to list out all the studies but they have discovered that the right bacteria in the gut can change a lot of things including metabolic, neurological, immune responses, weight gain and many other things.  Increasing the good bacteria such as bifidobacteria etc. can also suppress the bad bacteria which have been linked to numerous problems.  There are products that you can buy on Amazon and these will also support the microbiome by giving the nutrients they need.  Kroger's has the ones in the pictures below, you will find the Cleveland Kraut in the refrigerated section and so is the Kefir. Both of these are live foods meaning they contain the good bacteria.
