am now using this protocol with the enzyme therapies and seeing BP drop. It targets the fat gunk that lines the vascular, lungs and gut.
Here is your second update with a modified detox protocol that targets the lipid junk or gunk that lines tissues This is similar to the fibrin Protocol but it targets the lipid junk that lines tissues so things like seed oils create a gunk that lines tissues including lungs vascular God etcetera Gut GUT This junk also comes from stress And normal metabolism processed foods etc. It just builds up over time, the protocol is just like flushing out a gunked fuel injector system.
This gunk lines the tissues and buy it prevents nutrients oxygen Immune factors et cetera from passing through to the tissue where these are needed so these buildups include the Fibrin which natto and serraPeptese Lumbro can I help detoxify the fibran buildup But again the lipid or fat gunk is also a part of this Those enzymes are unable to eradicate the lipid gunk So you have to use a another protocol to remove
The primary method is to use something a product called Limonene you can buy this from Swanson that's what I'm using It's 250kg per capsule Limonene is a concentrated form of citrus So it is like using orange oil to do grease a pan but in this case it is decreasing your membranes so it is highly concentrated period. Lemon juice will not eradicate this btw.
It is best to a week of both Vitamin E and Lecithin to prime the vascular system, best to buy quality Vitamin E (AC Grace High Gamma Tocopherol Amazon is $45 and buy a higher quality PC such as Thorne Phosphatidyl Choline - the sunflower lecithin is ok but for intensive protocols I would upgrade.
If you have done Vitamin E and lecithin for sometime then you can dive into the limonene and you can take this all at the same time. You will have to throttle the limonene based on what fallout you may get, I started with 1 250 cap from Swanson and moved up to 500mg and you can get higher doses.
I had some serious bm with strong odor which is the gunk coming out from the therapy.
I would suggest that you use binders to catch the debris so it does not recirculate. Zeolite spray you can do multiple times, chlorella, activated charcoal and modified citrus pectin will also help.
I would use a scoop of buffered C (Thorne) along with other antioxidants such as rLipoic acid to keep the flares down.
So, prime the vascular system with Vitamin E and PC if you have not taken these for a while. These protect the vascular system. Prime for a week and use high doses of each.
Then use vitamin E, PC and limonene together. Then take a binder 1 or 2 hours later. Use antioxidants as well.
If you want deeper penetration then do a sodium bicarb and buffered C in warm water about 30m before the limonene push. This will soften the gunk up so the limonene can penetrate better.
If you want a deeper and deeper penetration, start with citrulline before the sodium bicarb bath, you can also use beets, hawthorne berry, rutin, or fermented red ginseng. This will push Nitric Oxide into the system which expands the blood vessels and get the limonene into the smaller blood vessels (capillaries).
This is the protocol I use.
1. Prime with Nitric Oxide boosting.
2. Sodium bicarb with buffered C in warm water
3. AC Grace vit E, Thorne PC and 2 limonene with Lipase*.
4. Binders
*Lipase is an enzyme that targets fats, it helps boost the limonene with Vitamin E and PC. They say that LypoPro or LypoGold is the best, I am using Integrative Lipase.
