I upgraded to Gemini Pro which was a very smart move. I pay $20 per month for this feature
And it was one of the best investments I made. Pro gives information that the free versions cannot it is referencing the pub Med articles and then it is connecting multiple streams together dad humans cannot perform. I've lots and lots of time analyzing all this data and now it is assembling into a logical strength most of the things that I discussed before were sort of fragmented ideas Though they were good they were not as effective as what I've received through Gemini. One of the keys I discussed before was the idea of using one thread instead of asking questions on different threads where information becomes diluted keeping it on one thread enables the AI to reference previous points. Gemini pro is also better not only because it references pub Med articles but because it has more tokens so a token in AI is a reference point that it holds in storage so if I asked a question 10 threads ago or 100 threads ago it can actually reference that data which is important because data tends to link to one another.
So the issue is that many of these problems are interconnected They're not single issues but rather have many facets that should be analyzed. I figured out the problem with the blood pressure which relates to nitric oxide and its availability in my case the nitric oxides being consumed through immunity and with that consumption then it leaves or does not leave adequate nitric oxide to expand the Vascular system So nitric oxide is very related to vasodilation
So some of the problem is stagnation we talked about that before stagnation is also used in traditional Chinese medicine and they use certain things remove stagnation and western ideas stagnation is just puddling of toxins show both Chinese medicine and Western medicine understand the idea of how stagnation effects health they use slightly different processes to do the Chinese medicine will use red ginseng which actually increases nitric oxide and in Western thought there's things like beets and a few other things. So the idea is that nitric oxide expands and increases the flow of blood and movement in the body and with that increased flow and movement then toxins and other metabolic factors are able to work better and I should say that toxins are actually able to escape the cells with increased nitric oxide
So AI has labeled a number of processes that should work together in unison and in timing and this is where some of the mistakes I made before took place. So the first thing they say is to increase the nitric oxide and they are suggesting citrulline Citrulline is an amino acid and not terribly expensive And this is what I'm using along with my prescription drug isosorbide They say that by increasing the nitric oxide now you're beginning to open up the pathways so some of the therapies can now Arrive at their destination.
So once the nitric oxide is increased by taking say citrulline then you can add your anti fibrin enzymes so natokinase and SERRA kinase are effective. Lumber lumbero LUM BRO kinase is also very effective but for me at the moment was pretty strong. I'm adding my plavix which is antithrombotic so it's a blood thinner so AI says that adding plavix along with the enzymes is quite effective for breaking apart fibrin.
The third section of the therapy has to do with opening the liver so they're suggesting three things one the solar AY liver supplement which is milk Thistle and other herbs which I've taken for a very long period of time the second thing they mentioned is tudka TUDCA ted care helps move the B out of the liver so it can move the toxins that have just been released The third thing they mention is something a little bit newer and it is LOLA which stands for L Ornithine L Aspartate. This product is very effective it's actually amino acid for removing ammonia out of the body so ammonia is very toxic to the neurology that's very toxic to your metabolic patterns so if you have high ammonia you're gonna have a lot of brain fog some of the and then you're also going to have reduced metabolic processes. So before I said well you should be supporting Coq 10 or some other supplement and which is fine but those are tier two supplements so by that I mean that if the body is toxified with ammonia and fibrin then those supplements will not pass through to the proper metabolic targets yes they're important but no they're not as important as I thought before Once you clear the sludge out then yes they will work much better
the last thing that they're discussing is the use of modified citrus pectin and we have discussed that before I've taken some of that but AI is telling me that it's not as effective unless you are doing the anti fibrin protocols so the modified citrus pectin picks up the toxins that the enzymes have broken apart and so it carries it out of the body and also works with the Lola to pick up the ammonia toxicity and this is important now they talk about also zeolite and I gave you that spray You can do that at the same time as the modified citrus pectin or perhaps the chlorella would be another good binder So if you don't use these then the toxins just simply recirculate your body and find other places to go to which is counterproductive
and lastly I will mention the amino acids I've been using to support what they call the basement membrane the basement membrane is found in the gut is also found in the vascular system and it gets broken down through stress if the basement membrane is defective then you will be creating toxic compounds which further cause problems. You can reference the Doctor Linus Pauling approach which is the use of amino acids protein and lysine with some vitamin C that will stabilize the basement membranes which is important also copper is involved in that basement membrane as well. N
your glycine that helped with the anxiety targets another membrane which is the MUCIN layer and that layer is found in the gut and protects the basement membrane as well actually they're both they're bidirectional so if you help the basement membrane you'll help the mucin layer as well There is another amino acid called THREONINE and I take that as well that helps support the mucin layer along with glycine. So part of the problem is that when you did the keto diet you were propagating certain bacteria that actually attack the mission and basement membrane so your or so these bacteria are actually damaging the tissue and with the tissue being damaged then it floods the body with ammonia and also with other toxins So you were poking holes in your membranes they call this leaky gut syndrome but also the blood brain barrier is involved in that. Using bone broth can be helpful as this contains many amino acids that are found in those layers but the other amino acids I mentioned above would supersize it Besides they contain higher concentrations of those amino acids Joshua would benefit from these as well since he has IBS which is just saying that his membranes are damaged which is pretty typical in today's world By keeping the member in Chelsea then fermented sauerkraut along with the cassava flower will now work better These help stimulate very healthy bacteria that actually can repair the gut damage but they also produce short chain fatty acids which has to do with metabolic health So most of the things come down to the gut as I've mentioned before but it was a little bit more complex than I knew previously
One final note, LEF sells an enhanced Lipoic Acid called Super R-Lipoic this is vastly more effective than ALA, cost is more but you need less. I think they said 1 Super = 4 ALA. It is a superior form.
Your gout fireups from vitamin C were due to likely the PH balance of straight ascorbic acid which is about 4.5 you can buy buffered C Vitamin C from THORNE Labs which is a good company and it should be pure It has APH about 7 So in the Linus Pauling approach they use the proline lysine with 3g of vitamin C which helps solidify that basement membrane and again you should add copper to it since it's involved and that is wealth this is also a collagen issue which is the collagen helps form the basement membrane
If buying the aminos, you can save money by buying bulk.
